Synopsis

A Contract for debt default, drafted by a cunning money lender in vengeance with Christians backfires on him. Shakespeare's another popular play The Merchant of Venice dramatize the story of love, friendship, religion, greed, vengeance. Antonio standing as guaranteer to lend money to his friend Bassanio. The merchant Shylock drafts the contract stating a Pound of flesh will be taken by him from Antonia, if Bassanio fails to pay back the loan. The incidents lead to Antonia getting ready to give his flesh, Bassanio's suitor Portia's argument dramatically change the life of Shylock.
