Synopsis

William Shakespeare's drama Measure for Measure deals with corruption in the judicial system. Angelo, a judge in the good-books of Vincentio, the Duke of Vienna gets the power to run the government while the Duke on a diplomatic travel. Juliet, gets pregnant before marriage by her lover Claudio, a soldier and brother of Isabella. Angelo's new rule on fornication prosecutes Claudio and Isabella pleads for his mercy. Angelo's demand for Isabella to compensate the punishment is refused by her. An unidentified man scripts a plot which makes Angelo runs into fornication charges. Whether Isabella could save her brother without compromising her mortality and prove Angelo's guilt?.
