Synopsis

Antigone is the third play of Oedipus Trilogy penned by Athenian tragedian Sophocles which follows the incidents after death of Oedipus and his sons. New Thebes ruler Creon decides to put bodies of Eteocles and Polynices to public shame. Brave Antigone breaks the orders of Creon and buries bodies and eventually imprisoned along-with her sister Ismene. The play eventually getting complete after tragic death of many characters.
